Via Iter, LLC uses applicant information to manage delivery-driver applications, interviews and onboarding.
What we collect
We collect the eligibility answers you submit, your name, phone number, email, language, contact preference, consent choices and appointment details. If you continue, your interview information and onboarding records are also used for that process. Essential cookies keep your application accessible; limited technical information helps protect the service.
How we use information
We use this information for application updates, interview scheduling and assessment, and onboarding messages and documents. Your contact preference does not change the role’s requirements. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Mobile information and consent
Your mobile number and SMS opt-in records are not sold or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional use. Consent records are used only to document and operate this messaging program.
Necessary service providers
Authorized recruiting staff and providers that host the application, deliver email or SMS, support interview processing, or manage signing may process the information needed for those services. They do not receive permission from us to use applicant data for their own marketing. We may disclose information when required by law.
Protection and retention
Access is limited to authorized purposes. We retain records for the application and onboarding process and applicable recordkeeping needs. Online transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and support
Email ops88@viaiterllc.com to request access, corrections or deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements. SMS consent is optional. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance. You may apply and receive updates by email without agreeing to texts. Changes to this policy will appear here with an updated date.
Resume review and AI
If you upload a resume, we privately store the original and use automated tools to extract and summarize job-related information for a human recruiter. AI provides a suggestion; a human makes the screening decision. We do not use protected personal characteristics to assess your application.
Recruiting sources and optional advertising measurement
We record the recruiting page and source associated with an application. With your optional measurement choice, advertising identifiers and conversion events may be shared with Google to measure recruiting-ad results. We do not send your resume, application answers or contact details in website advertising events. Declining optional measurement does not affect your application.
Private files and retention
Resume originals are available only through authorized recruiting access. Contact us to request correction or deletion, subject to records we need to retain. Application-status and interview links are private; do not share them.
